Return Policy
- Requests for credits/ exchanges must be made within 14 days of order receipt. Please contact hello@wearzangar.com to address your request and include a reason for return and we will then issue you return instructions.
- Return credit never expires.
- Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Returns must be received by Zangar within 14 days of return approval, and must include their original, undamaged packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the return packages and having a trackable number as Zangar does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio.
- Please note shipping costs incurred by Zangar on the initial shipment will also be deducted from the credit, as well as up to a 10% restocking fee if the pieces need re-finishing.
- All sale items are final sale.
- We cannot accept returns on custom items or specially-made sizes.
Please refer to each individual listing for estimated ship times. As many items are made to order we ask that you allow 1-2 weeks processing time with care. Once your purchase is on its way you will get a confirmation email with your tracking number. We ship with UPS to the lower 48 states, and with USPS to Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx Standard Overnight and DHL International options may be selected at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
international customers note that the cost of shipping does not include international duties. Duties will be collected by DHL upon delivery.
