IGNIS Ring

Hand forged weighty ring in sterling silver. A product of foldforming, Zangar's IGNIS was a straight flat sheet that got folded on length, hammered and annealed many rounds so the laws of nature governing pressure along an uneven edge, bring the line into a circle. What unfolded became the outer shell of this ring. With an added inner ring, a hollow prototype came to be, that makes casts with solid bodies and edgy face. Wear IGNIS finished with a shiny patina, or with enamel for extra glare.
